While he lives in Metro Detroit, Foster grew up in Tampa and rooted for the Buccaneers. โThey did win the Super Bowl once in 2010,โ Foster said. When his dad, a Buccaneers season-ticket holder since 1976, heard the Super Bowl was sending vaccinated health care workers to the big game, he called his ticket rep.
Man drives to Detroit hospital after being shot on I-94, MSP investigating
DETROIT โ Michigan State Police opened an investigation into a shooting on I-94 Christmas night. According to authorities, a 47-year-old man drove himself to Ascension St. John Hospital on Moross Road, where he is being treated for a gunshot wound. Police said the man told staff in the emergency department of the hospital that he had been shot while on the eastbound lanes of I-94. His vehicle was towed to a Michigan State Police post for processing. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Michigan State Police at 734-287-5000.

A life-saving gift: Detroit woman donates kidney to husband with COVID-19
Natisha Fudge said shes the reason her husband contracted COVID-19, and now shes giving him a kidney to save his life as he deals with complications from the virus. Fudge is a former Certified Nursing Assistant who has seen her fair share of patients -- especially amid the coronavirus pandemic. They initially told us that he was in stage three kidney disease and now were dealing with seizures and the COVID, Natisha Fudge said. Aside from giving her husband the virus, the mother of three is giving him a kidney as well. When I started doing it, I realized the weight started coming off, Fudge said.
