DETROIT – Sunday was a significant day for Local 4's Rhonda Walker -- she held the ninth annual empowerment brunch to benefit the Rhonda Walker Foundation.
Other Local 4 colleagues including Evrod Cassimy, Paula Tutman and Andrew Humphrey were also at the event as the foundation honored women in philanthropy.
