Dream On Me recalls 2,800 high chairs

The company Dream On Me of South Plainfield, New Jersey is currently recalling its Dream On Me Dinah High Chairs.

No injuries have been reported thus far but the chair poses a strangulation and fall hazard. A child could fall through the side opening on the chair and become entrapped at the neck or fall from the chair.

About 2,800 units have been recalled. The chairs were sold online through walmart.com and amazon.com from November 2012 through November 2013. They were priced at about $60.

The high chairs are made with a type of steel and have an open-frame base. They come in red or black and have white plastic foot grips. They also have a foot rest and a five point adjustable safety strap. "Dream On Me" is printed on the front of the tray. There is also a matching fabric storage bin attached beneath the seat. The high chair can also be folded and stored away.
