Help Me Hank helps Detroit woman living without running water

DETROIT – "Help Me Hank" came to the rescue of a Detroit woman whose home is without running water. The problem has been going on for almost two weeks, and the woman and her children are relying on bottled water to get them through the day.

The Detroit Water and Sewerage Department put the blame on the property management company.
