DETROIT – One of the first carnivals of the season starts Thursday in Pontiac and continues into the next month.
Look for rides, food, games and exhibits at the Pontiac Regional Chamber Carnival at Oakland Pointe Shopping Center, 390 N. Telegraph Rd. at the northeast corner of Telegraph and Elizabeth Lake Road, Across from the Summit Place Mall.
Festivities kick off after the ribbon cutting Thursday from 3:30-4 p.m.
The rides and fun stay open until 10 p.m.
