American Red Cross blood shortage Emergency request for blood and platelet donations issued No description found
The American Red Cross needs your help. A critical blood shortage continues and an emergency request for blood and platelet donations has been issued.
The request was first made earlier this month.
The Red Cross strives to have a five day blood supply at all times. However, right now they has less than a five day supply on hand. All blood types are urgently needed to help restock the shelves.
The Red Cross is thanking those who come in to donate between July 25th and August 31st by emailing them a $5 Amazon.com gift card claim code.
