LEGOLAND coming to Great Lakes Crossing

Attraction set to open in Spring 2016

AUBURN HILLS, Mich. – It's official: LEGOLAND is heading to the metro Detroit area.

Construction will begin this summer on LEGOLAND Discovery Center Michigan at Great Lakes Crossing Outlets. The new attraction will open in the Spring of 2016.

Specifically designed for families with children 3-10 years old, LEGOLAND Discovery Center Michigan will offer a fun, highly interactive and educational two- to three-hour experience with a range of exciting LEGO play areas including a brick pool, master classes from the LEGO Master Model Builder, a fun LEGO ride, special party rooms for birthdays and other celebrations, a 4D cinema and, of course, the popular MINILAND area found in every LEGOLAND Park and attraction.

The LEGOLAND Discovery Center Michigan will be the state's only location.

Once completed, LEGOLAND Discovery Center Michigan will be located in District 6 which is adjacent to the Great Lakes Crossing Outlets food court.
