Title Source moves workers to Detroit's First National Building

DETROIT – More than 1,000 new jobs are heading to downtown Detroit.

Title Source, the nation's largest independent provider of title insurance, property valuation and settlement services will move 1,500 workers into the First National Building in downtown Detroit.

The building was purchased last year by Rock Ventures, one of the companies belonging to Quicken Loans Inc., founded by Dan Gilbert.

Title Source plans to move 500 workers into renovated office space immediately, with the remaining workers arriving in waves over the next six months.

A formal welcoming ceremony is planned for Wednesday.
