DETROIT – The Detroit Pistons do not plan to re-sign guard Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, according to ESPN. The team has renounced his rights, making him an unrestricted free agent.
Detroit traded Marcus Morris to Boston on Friday for guard Avery Bradley and a second-round draft pick, according to ESPN.
ESPN reported Friday afternoon that the move means Detroit is renouncing Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, who was a restricted free agent.
