Stretch of I-94 in Ann Arbor to close this weekend, next 3 weekends

Closure is part of resurfacing, repair projects

ANN ARBOR, Mich. – A stretch of Interstate 94 in Ann Arbor will be closed over the next four weekends for construction.

MDOT said 9 miles of I-94 between M-14 and Carpenter Road, just east of US-23, will be closed for road resurfacing and repairs.

One direction will be closed at a time Friday through Monday.

The first weekend of closures starts this Friday.

During the closures, traffic will be detoured to M-14 and US-23.
