Cold, but not as cold for Thursday

Lows range from 5 to 10 degrees

DETROIT – It's another cold one, but not as cold as the last couple of days.

Cool sunshine mixed with high clouds today as temps warm into the low 20s.

We may see a few light snow showers tonight around or just after dinner.

The next chance for snow is early Friday which could mess up the commute to end the school and work week.

It will be scattered, light snow leaving a dusting to near an inch of fresh snow. Lows tomorrow will hang in the low 20s.

We will be dry as we head into the afternoon and highs Friday will be in the mid 30s.

We should have temps near 40 degrees or warmer this Saturday.

A storm on the way means we will start the weekend with some rain.

Watch out for a period of freezing rain early Saturday, but regular rain should take over quickly melting any ice.

It's going to be a sloppy, wet Saturday.
