Holiday weekend will get warmer

Highs will climb into the 60s Saturday

Morning lows will be near 40 degrees Saturday, but the temperature will warm up for the holiday weekend.

The sun will be with us Saturday with a few clouds forming in the afternoon. Highs will climb back into the mid 60s with NW winds 5-10 mph. You'll be able to ditch the sweatshirt after lunch.

Sunday won't be as cold in the morning with lows in the low 40s and afternoon highs will hit mid to upper 60s with a mix of sun and clouds. The models aren't in complete agreement, but for now the consensus is for rain to hold off until Tuesday. So, we should stay dry through the Memorial Day Weekend.

The Local 4Casters will post updated weather stories throughout the holiday weekend tracking any changes for you. Stay updated by heading to the Weather Page of ClickOnDetroit.com.
