A foggy start with rain showers moving into Metro Detroit this Monday morning. This rain is coming from the east, which is opposite of normal and those showers will be on the light side.
So a wet and foggy start to the work and school week as morning lows in the upper 30s to low 40s getting into the mid to upper 40s this afternoon. Rain showers become much more scattered through the mid afternoon and will be isolated tonight and overnight.
Tuesday will be mostly dry other than a few early morning showers. With cloudy skies again and mild air hanging around, highs will get into the mid and upper 40s with light winds SW 5-10 mph.
More wet weather is moving into SE Lower Michigan on Wednesday. This should be mostly rain although cooler air will be slowly working back into Metro Detroit toward the end of the week. For now, we’ll call for rain showers Wednesday and a chance for light snow as temps cool Thursday and Friday.
