Monroe, Wayne Counties' flood advisory lifted

Heavy rain, lighting leaving Southeast Michigan

DETROIT - The National Weather Service cancelled the flood advisory issued for northern Monroe County and southern Wayne County.

Heavy rain and lighting hit Southeast Michigan this afternoon. Many of the storms are moving away or weakening. The rest of the evening will be partly cloudy, warm and muggy.
