Winter Weather Advisory issued for Livingston, Oakland, Macomb counties

DETROIT – Another blast of arctic air will follow Wednesday's snow and it will stay cold the rest of the work week.

A Winter Weather Advisory has been issued for Livingston, Macomb and Oakland counties until 4 a.m. Thursday.

A few lake effect snow showers could drop minor accumulations Thursday as highs hang in the 20s. Friday morning may bring a few flakes but we will get back to some cool sunshine with mid teens to upper 20s.

After a winter week of snow chances, we'll see a warm up with rain this weekend. Saturday will be mostly dry, but rain and possibly freezing rain moves in late Saturday. Sunday will be wet and warmer with a couple of waves of good rain as highs climb into the mid 40s.
