Temps will be near 70s degrees overnight as skies become mostly to partly cloudy.
The next frontal system approaches with more unstable air Sunday night. At 11pm and afterward, the probability of showers and storms increases. Thunderstorms will be scattered, and there is a "Marginal Risk" of strong to severe storms. Between 3am and 8am ET, some neighborhoods may receive heavy downpours, frequent lightning or damaging wind and hail.
Monday afternoon will be sunnier and hotter. Rain will leave by lunchtime, and highs will be near 90 degrees.
Tuesday and Wednesday get comfy, again. Highs will be near 80 degrees Tuesday and in the middle 80s Wednesday.
Thursday gets hotter with highs in the upper 80s. Friday and the weekend have the next heat wave. Highs will be near 90 degrees, then 95 degrees with heat indices approaching and surpassing 100 degrees. Get your air conditioners ready!
