Harvest hash with apple cider honey and herbed polenta
- Diced carrot, parsnip, onion, butternut squash (sautéed/roasted) tossed with cider honey
- Polenta with sage and rosemary
Butternut squash and apple soup, garnished two ways:
- Fried capers, pepitas & lemon balsamic (something from Fustini's), AND
- Cider honey drizzle, chantilly cream, chervil pluche
Cauliflower with coconut curry and fresh herbs
