Police remind drivers to keep their distance after salt truck incident in Ann Arbor

ANN ARBOR, Mich. – A driver cruising a little too close to a salt truck got a rude awakening on Tuesday after getting stuck in a mini mountain of salt.
Police shared images on social media showing the sedan stuck on top of a large pile of salt and reminded drivers to keep a safe distance from salt trucks while on the road.

Officials said the truck’s tailgate broke and opened, dumping a full load of salt onto Pontiac Trail.
