ANN ARBOR, Mich. – The Michigan Wolverines football team has had many players enter the transfer portal this offseason, but some of its main event players have agreed to return, including running back Jordan Marshall.

Per ESPN College Football Senior Writer, Pete Thamel, Marshall made the announcement on Wednesday (Jan. 7).

Marshall is one of many players, including Bryce Underwood, Zeke Berry, Andrew Marsh, Jake Guarnera, Andrew Sprague, Blake Frazier, Andrew Babalola, and Evan Link, to return as a part of Team 146.

The sophomore runningback toted the rock 150 times for 932 yards and 10 touchdowns this past season.

Now, all eyes are on fellow tailback Justice Haynes as he, too, is rumored to return for the Wolverines.

With the addition of freshman Savion Hiter, the runningback room alongside Underwood and new head coach Kyle Whittingham would be dangerous for upcoming opponents in the 2026 season.
