Chris Cornell's final Facebook post: 'I'm the shape of the hole inside your heart'

DETROIT – "I'm the shape of the hole inside your heart."

Those are lyrics from Soundgarden's "By Crooked Steps," the third track on the band's 2012 reunion album King Animal.

A clip of the track's music video, along with those haunting lyrics, was posted to Cornell's Facebook page Wednesday night before his final show. 

Cornell was found dead in his Detroit hotel room after the show. He was 52.

On Tuesday, a nostalgic video of Soundgarden members riding in a van was shared to the page with this caption:
