Is anyone missing a 4 foot long iguana?

FARMINGTON, Mich. – Farmington Public Safety officers were called to the 23000 block of Frederick St (Warner Farms Subdivision-Farmington Rd south of Grand River) to investigate a report of a large reptile roaming the area. Officers located a mature female iguana resting on the front lawn of a residence.

The iguana appeared to be healthy. Officers canvassed the area to attempt to locate an owner without success. The iguana was transported to Oakland County Animal Control in Auburn Hills.
