NZ aquarium introduces the world's first 'octographer'

Octopus snaps pictures of visitors

Ever mess up a photo by holding your thumb on the lens? This photographer sometimes makes the same mistake, except with her tentacle.

Yes, an octopus has been trained to snap photos of aquarium visitors at Kelly Tarlton's Sea Life Aquarium in New Zealand.

Trainer Mark Vette told New Zealand's One News that Rambo the octopus learned the trick in three repetitions.

According to the Huffington Post, Rambo pushes a bright red button attached to the camera's shutter when she hears a buzzer. The aquarium is selling the photos for $2 a piece.
