STERLING HEIGHTS, Mich. – Two men face charges after allegedly being caught in the act of stealing from a Sterling Heights trucking company.
A police officer spotted Michael Grozinsky and James McNamara Monday afternoon at Weigand Mack on Mound Road. The men were loading truck batteries, a snow blower and other objects into a van.

McNamara fled the area, police say. However, officers caught up to him later.
Both men will be in court Sept. 18.
