Police say men charged in Exodus salon robbery, wanted on other separate warrants

St. Clair Shores salon robbery suspects

ST. CLAIR SHORES, Mich. – Weeks after allegedly committing an armed robbery at a St. Clair Shores hair and nail salon, two men have been arrested and charged.

St. Clair Shores police say 24-year-old Larry Terrell Roosevelt, of Detroit, and 29-year-old Curtis Edward Felton, of Belleville, are accused of robbing employees and patrons inside the Exodus salon on Harper Avenue on Aug. 16.

Police said Felton was arrested Aug. 19 in Ypsilanti and Roosevelt was arrested in Detroit on Tuesday. Roosevelt is currently on parole for armed robbery. Both he and Felton also had outstanding warrants from Warren and Oak Park, police said.

The men were arraigned on charges of armed robbery, conspiracy to commit armed robbery and felony firearm. They are being held in the Macomb County Jail.
