2 teenage girls, man shot on Detroit's east side, police say
3 people shot in incident in area of Pelkey Street, 7 Mile Road
DETROIT – Two teenage girls and a man were shot Friday night on Detroit's east side, police said.
It happened in the area of Pelkey Street and 7 Mile Road.
Police said two 14-year-old girls and a 22-year-old man were shot in the incident.
The man was hit while walking down the street. The two girls were in a car with their mother when it was hit with bullets and they were injured.
Police say the two girls were most likely unintended targets.
The three victims were listed in stable condition.
Police are still searching multiple suspects who they say was driving a dark colored Grand Prix.
