OAK PARK, Mich. - Three teenagers were arrested and charged after a pizza delivery driver was robbed at gunpoint Saturday night in Oak Park.

Jerrion Christian Magee, 17, of Oak Park, is charged with armed robbery, conspiracy to commit armed robbery, carrying a concealed weapon and possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony.

Christine Mary Smith, 17, also of Oak Park, is charged with armed robbery and conspiracy to commit armed robbery.

A third 15-year-old boy was charged as a juvenile with armed robbery and conspiracy to commit armed robbery.

According to police, the three teens ordered a medium pizza and waited outside a home for the driver. When no one answered the door, the teens allegedly approached the driver and said the pizza was for them. The driver said he verified the info and when he turned, a gun was pointed in his face.

The driver gave them the pizza and took off before anything else was taken from him, police said.

Both Magee and Smith were arraigned and given a $250,000 bond. The 15-year-old is being housed at Oakland County Children’s Village.
