4 injured in drive-by shooting on Detroit's west side

DETROIT – Four people were injured in a drive-by shooting Wednesday in the 9000 block of Memorial Street on Detroit's west side.

Assistant Chief James White said that four people were on the porch of a vacant home playing a dice game at around 8 p.m. when a small grey car drove by and shots were fired.

Police say two black men were inside the car. The shooter was wearing a blue ball cap.

According to police, the victims also include a 25-year-old man, a 24-year-old man and an 18-year-old woman. They're all reported in stable condition. Police say the boy and the 25-year-old were grazed, the 24-year-old was shot three times and the woman was shot once.
