SOUTHFIELD, Mich. -

A 56-year old woman was robbed at 7:45 p.m. Wednesday when a man approached her with a silver handgun as she was getting into her car in the parking lot of the Tri County Education Center on Mount Vernon Street in Southfield.

The suspect pointed the handgun at the victim and demanded that she give him everything she had. He got away with two cellphones, a Rolex watch and keys.

After handing over her items, the victim was ordered to lie down on the ground as the robbre ran away southbound.

The woman was not injured during the incident.

The suspect (sketch above) is described as an 18-20 year old black male, 5'7"-5'8" with caramel complexion, medium build, and no facial hair, wearing a bright orange puffy jacket with a hood.
