Authorities: Homeless man's body found in Clinton River Spillway

Cause of death will be determined after autopsy on Gregory Allen Wilson

HARRISON TOWNSHIP, Mich. – The body of a homeless man was pulled from the Clinton River Spillway this weekend, the Macomb County Sheriff's Office said.

Deputies responding to a call Sunday about an unknown object in the water found the body of 54-year-old Gregory Allen Wilson just west of the Jefferson Avenue bridge.

The sheriff's office said there were no outward signs of foul play, and a cause of death would be determined after an autopsy.
