Body found in alley behind Saint Vincent de Paul on Detroit's west side Victim's body found in alley near Grand River and Montrose
DETROIT – Detroit police are searching for answers after a body was found Friday in an alley on the city's west side.
Police said the body was found around 7 a.m. Friday behind Saint Vincent de Paul on Grand River Boulevard near Montrose Street.
It's unclear how the victim died or how the body got to the alley.

Detroit police officers responded to the scene and roped off the alley. One patrol car and one ambulance were sent to the alley.
No other information was made available.
Police are continuing to investigate.
