Body found in Detroit River near Wyandotte

WYANDOTTE, Mich. – A body was found in the Detroit River overnight Sunday near Wyandotte.

A fisherman found the body, police said. It was brought to shore and turned over to the Wayne County Medical Examiner's Office.

The U.S. Coast Guard believes the body was in the water for some time.
