An autopsy was planned by the Lake County Medical Examiner's Office to verify that the body is that of 45-year-old Dawn Marie Fital.

Police said the body had duct tape about the legs and head.

Fital, a competitive billiards player from Pittsfield, has been missing since Monday.

Her 44-year-old boyfriend, Greg Noack, was taken into custody in Merrillville, Ind. The search for Fital's body started when police said Noack suggested he had killed her and told officers to search in both Michigan and Indiana to find her body.

Washtenaw County prosecutors have charged Noak with murder. He was being held in Indiana Thursday and is scheduled to appear in Indiana court Friday morning for an extradition hearing.
