ROSEVILLE, Mich. – Three brothers were taken into custody late Sunday after their alleged crime spree came to a screeching halt.

Detroit police say officers spotted a vehicle wanted in connection to a number of armed robberies and carjackings late Sunday. Officers activated their lights in an attempt to pull the vehicle over but the car kept going.

Officers followed the car into Roseville when it crashed into a light pole in the area of 11 Mile Road and Gratiot Avenue.

The brothers, 19, 16 and 15 years old, were arrested. A weapon was recovered.

The brothers could be in front of a judge as soon as Monday.
