Charles Pugh in New York? Website: former Detroit City Council President spotted in Harlem No description found
DETROIT – The last time we saw Charles Pugh , he was sitting in a coffee shop in Seattle.
Now a website claims the former City Council President has popped up once again and this time it's on the East Coast.
A writer with the website Jalopnik Detroit reports he was seen Friday night in New York City.
The Detroit natives that say they saw Pugh described him as looking miserable as he dined alone in Harlem.

Pugh left Detroit in June amid allegations of misconduct involving a minor before a criminal complaint alleged he had inappropriate contact with a student while in the city of Madison Heights.
The attorney for the alleged victim suspended both the criminal and civil cases against Pugh.
