DETROIT – The trial against Bob Bashara exposed the jury to his secret sex life -- a dungeon, sex slaves, an affair -- and a handyman allegedly hired to kill Bob's wife, Jane Bashara.
Now, after 7 weeks, the story of Jane's murder will be pieced together one last time. Closing arguments are scheduled to begin at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday.

The goal for both sides is to make sure the key pieces of testimony are highlighted.
Some of the key evidence -- specifically the phone calls made between Joe Gentz and Bob Bashara -- will be broken down again into the most basic terms to make sure the jurors understand the details.
The defense will fire back, reminding jurors how inexperienced the detectives in Grosse Pointe Park were on this case, and likely point to those who testified the Bob and Jane Bashara they knew were a simple, happy couple.
Backstory:
Jane Bashara was found strangled on Jan. 25, 2012 inside her SUV that was parked in a Detroit alley, a few miles from the family's Grosse Pointe Park home.

Joe Gentz, who worked as a handyman for Bob Bashara, has pleaded guilty to killing her, but saying he did so at her husband's behest.
Bob Bashara is already in prison after being convicted of trying to hire a hit man to kill Gentz.
Gentz did not testify in the trial against Bob.
