DETROIT – Police say DeShawn Jones, 25, of Detroit, has been charged with open murder in the fatal shooting of Terrance Washington, also of Detroit.
Jones allegedly had an argument with Washington during a dice game on Dec. 27 that led to the shooting, police say.

Jones was arraigned Saturday in 34th District Court.
