Morris's daughter told police that her father told her he was going to go visit his mother-in-law who lives in the 13600 block of Santa Rosa Drive.

Police said Morris' other daughter spoke to the mother-in-law and was advised that Morris came by at 4 p.m., but left in his vehicle at 4:15 p.m.

Morris's family is worried because this is the first time that he has been missing, and no one has seen or heard from him since, police said. Morris is in good physical and mental condition.

Morris is described by police as a black man with a dark-brown complexion who is 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing 185 pounds, with brown eyes, a gray beard and a mustache. Police said Morris is driving a white 2006 Chrysler 300 with Michigan plate APN876.

Anyone has seen Morris or knows of his whereabouts is asked to call the Detroit Police Department's 10th Precinct at 313-596-1000 or 313-596-1040.
