DETROIT – A gunman opened fire on a resale shop owner Tuesday night, killing him inside the business on 7 Mile Road near Marx Street on Detroit's east side.
Two men walked into the Livin' Barn Flea Market about 7:10 p.m. and asked about making a purchase. That's one of them took out a gun and shot the owner in his chest.
The 45-year-old owner had just taken over the business after his grandmother died, Local 4 has learned.
No arrests have been made.
Detroit police are searching for two males with the following descriptions:
-- Black male, between 20-30 years of age, medium complexion, thin build, light mustache, weight 170 pounds, wearing a black knitted cap, white shirt, blue jeans and armed
-- Black male, no further description at this time
