STERLING HEIGHTS, Mich. – A 89-year-old Sterling Heights man who was attacked in his driveway during a robbery earlier this month has died.
Police said Frank Bogucki died over the weekend from the injuries he sustained in the Nov. 6 incident outside his home on Jason Court.

Police said Bogucki and his 85-year-old wife had just returned home from dinner when they were confronted by a man who stole Bogucki's wife's purse.
Bogucki struggled with the man and was hit by the suspect, police said.
The suspect, 46-year-old Edwardian Davidson, was arrested a day after the incident. Police said they found evidence of the robbery in his home.
He is charged with home invasion, unarmed robbery, assault and stealing a financial transaction device -- but the charges could be amended now that Bogucki has died.
