Ex-Detroit Lion charged with sex crime in Ann Arbor

Mark Grabowski accused of rubbing up against female worker at University of Michigan Health System

ANN ARBOR, Mich. – This is not the first time former Detroit Lions defensive lineman Mark Grabowski has been in trouble with the law.

He went to jail in 2013 for kidnapping his son and then he was investigated for allegedly trying to hire fellow inmates to kill his ex-wife and a judge.

Grabowski, 56, whose professional football career did not go far, now works as a delivery truck driver. According to the University of Michigan police, he went way out of bounds while making a delivery to the Health System in Ann Arbor.

He is accused of intentionally bumping into and rubbing himself on a female staff member. He's charged with 4th degree criminal sexual conduct and assault and battery.

Grabowski has been arraigned on the charges and is free on a $10,000 bond.
