They're also increasing patrols Monday. It's a direct result of a suspicious encounter, involving a young child near a bus stop.
On Friday, an 8-year-old male was approached at the school bus stop at Cranleigh and Briarwyke Drive. A thin man, described as 6 feet tall, approached the boy.
He asked him to get inside his white four-door vehicle.
The child kept walking, and arrived home safely.
