Clinton holds town hall meeting in Flint

FLINT, Mich. – Hillary Clinton was fired up in Flint Sunday after the latest polling suggests she has a double-digit lead over Bernie Sanders in Michigan.

Clinton took to the podium and delivered a fiery speech promising the people of Flint they would not be forgotten.

"This has to be a national priority, not just for today, or tomorrow," Clinton said. "Clean water is not optional, it's not a luxury."

Clinton has already been endorsed by Flint Mayor Karen Weaver, who was in the crowd. The crowd has its political dignitaries, but was mostly made up of real people without a donor in sight.

"If what had been happening in Flint had happened in Grosse Pointe or Bloomfield Hills, I think we all know we would have had a solution yesterday," Clinton said. "I will do everything I can to help you get back up to get your strength and resilience flowing through this community again."

After her Flint remarks, Clinton has returned to New Hampshire. The primary is on Tuesday.
