ROMULUS, Mich. – A former Customs and Border Patrol agent and Boy Scouts troop leader is charged with inappropriately touching a boy in Romulus.

David Radecki was arraigned Feb. 16 before Judge David Parrott in 34th District Court on the following charges:

  • Second-degree felony criminal sexual conduct
  • Felony accosting a child for immoral purposes
  • High misdemeanor aggravated indecent exposure
  • Misdemeanor indecent exposure

Romulus police said they started to investigate the allegations in October when a boy reported he had been inappropriately touched multiple times by Radecki.

Radecki posted bail and was released on a tether. He is scheduled to return to court at 9 a.m. on Wednesday.

Police are asking for anyone who believes they were victimized by Radecki to call 734-942-6864.
