DETROIT – Officials said a 23-year-old man was fatally shot Sunday just before 9 p.m. near Haverhill and Munich streets.
Residents reported hearing gunshots before seeing a black man running north on Haverhill Street.
The victim was discovered lying in the street with a gunshot wound. He was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
