Hillary Clinton speaks at Wayne State University voter registration drive

DETROIT – Coming right off last night’s debate, deflecting jabs from Trump, Clinton rebounded her campaign at a public event Monday in Detroit.

Clinton spoke at a voter registration drive at Wayne State University.

The latest debate is being called the "ugliest debate in American history" after Trump threatened Clinton with prison and Clinton followed with comments about Trump's lewd remarks about women.

The highlights of the debate, which began without a handshake and ended with a request from the moderators to compliment one another, mixes in tax policies, financial relationships with Putin and each of them defending their mistakes made. 

The voter registration drive is from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday is the last day to register to vote in Michigan.
