Judge Lisa Gorcyca will not recuse herself from Tsimhoni case

Judge Lisa Gorcyca announced Monday morning that she will not recuse herself in the controversial Tshimhoni custody battle.

Earlier this year, the Oakland County judge sent three children to a juvenile facility for refusing to visit their father.

They were later released and, with the agreement of both parents, sent to a summer camp while undergoing family counseling.

Both of their parents are fighting for sole custody.
