DETROIT – A 3-year-old was injured by flying glass after shots were fired into a Detroit home.
Police say just before 6:30 Wednesday morning an unknown suspect fired shots into the home on the 19200 block of Yacama Street. As a result, the 3-year-old boy was hit by flying glass. The 29-year-old female who was also home at the time was uninjured.

The child suffered some scratches and bruising and is in stable condition.
Detroit Police are investigating the shooting. There are no suspects at this time.
