Charges were added to the indictment against Timothy Jones, who is charged with being an accessory to the murder of a Detroit mother, during a hearing Wednesday morning.
Jones now faces charges of tampering with evidence and concealing a death. However, during the hearing, his bond was reduced from $50,000 to $30,000. Jones must wear a GPS tether if he posts bond.
His case now goes back to 36th District Court, where he will be arraigned on the new charges.
Detroit mother found dead
Alicia Fox’s body was found in early June in an abandoned home. She had been shot to death.
Her husband, Erin Justice, has been charged with murder in her death and is being held in a Georgia prison. He is fighting extradition to Michigan.

Jones is accused of helping Justice after the slaying.
Meanwhile, Fox’s two children, 8-month-old Kristian Justice and 6-year-old Kaylah Hunter, are missing.
Family members, police and volunteers have been looking for them since their mother’s body was discovered.
Police have said blood evidence was found in the home Fox and her husband lived in, but they have not concluded whether it belonged to the mother or her children.
