ROCHESTER HILLS, Mich. – Downed power lines are causing traffic delays in both directions on M-59 at Rochester Road in Rochester Hills.

Both directions of M-59 are closed to traffic entirely while DTE Energy crews work to fix the problem, which is believed to be a blown transmitter.
Traffic also is delayed on Rochester Road.
There are a few power outages in the area.
