Police warn women in Troy, Royal Oak to watch out for flasher

TROY, Mich. – Troy police say there have been three recent incidents in Troy and one in Royal Oak where a man followed women and exposed himself.

Police say a suspect followed several women and two 12-year-old girls in his car before exposing himself and making lewd comments to them.

Where:

A man exposed himself to a 32-year-old woman jogging near Robinwood Park in Troy around 1:00 p.m. on May 4th.

Two 12-year-old girls had the same thing happen to them near Anvil and Forge on the same day.

On May 7th a woman jogging in area of Bellaire Street in Royal Oak, says a man followed and flashed her at 5:53 p.m.

Later that day, at 7:00 p.m a 36-year-old woman walking in area of Burtman and Wacon in Troy, became the next victim.

The suspect is described as a white or Hispanic male with possible olive skin; approximately 30-years-old.

Some of the witnesses described him between 18 to 35-years-old and others say 35 to 40-years-old.

He is said to be short with dark hair and scruffy looking. The women say he spoke with a slight accent.

The man was wearing a navy baseball cap and red shirt and was driving a red SUV – possibly a Chevy 2 door S-10 Blazer with spare tire mounted on tailgate. 

Police say if you observe this vehicle call the Troy Police Department, or your local jurisdiction immediately

Police created a computer generated image of the man based off of the women's descriptions of him.
